resistance.
Fix Your Posture
Try to stand. Do you
stand straight? Check if your belly comes in, then your breasts will
be seen a lot more firmer. Poor posture will affect your breasts.
Have a good posture whenever you stand or sit. Always sit or stand
straight, thrust your chest. It will sometimes become a habit, and it
